Here are several of our frequently asked questions, but if you have a question that is not answered here, please contact us.

Q: Our business needs our logo on shirts, jackets and hats.  Do you do that?
A: 
Yes we do!  We have the technology and experience to take your logo and create an embroidery file that can be embroidered on garments and merchandise that you choose.  Just email us the best copy of your logo and we'll do the rest.

Q: Where can I see your selection of garments to put my business logo on?
A: 
Visit our merchandise catalog one or merchandise catalog two to view our wide selection of garments and merchandise available.  Still didn't find what you're looking for?  Zip us an email with a description of what you want and we'll do our best to locate it for you.

Q:  How soon can I get my merchandise?  I have a deadline to meet.

A: 
We will be happy to work with you and your business challenges. Overnight shipping may be required depending on how much notice you give us.

Q:  How long will it be before I receive my order?

A:  
Our orders take approximately two weeks from the orders date, given or take a day. Each order is custom embroidered to your specifications and embroidery will not begin until after payment is received. Orders do take a little longer during our peak times such as back to school and Christmas.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: 
No I'm afraid we only ship to the USA and APO addresses.  We suggest that you have the order shipped to your address and then you may ship it overseas.

Q: I love your products and designs!  Where do you get them?
A: 
Sorry but we do not reveal our sources.  We have spent many hours researching and testing out our designs and products to differentiate ourselves online.  Anyone can take the time to do their own research.
